Jim looks at the man in front of him and then points to himself and his civvies “You’re way over dressed.” He shakes his head and throws his hands up in the air “No, I wasn’t being sarcastic about the invite but I told you not to dress up too.”

His frown deepens. “For the kind of party you described this to be, I thought this was appropriate attire. If it is suppose to be more Midgardian casual, I can simply change with the help of a magazine with such attire in it.”

Number One looked less first officer and more like an actual woman when Doctor McCoy arrived at her quarters. Her hair was loose about her shoulders in small, gentle waves. The uniform was replaced by a floral patterned dress and casual sandals. 

Looking up at him, she gave him her small smile. “Good to see you weren’t scared away, Doctor McCoy.”

Kaja was secretly trying to follow one of the security officers, he looked quite nice and also he seemed to be a very good officer. Something about him fascinated the young girl, but she didn’t knew what exactly it was. Being too focused on him and too less on her walking she stumbled and fell, bumping her head against a wall a bit.

Kaja was almost carried by the security officer who got her to infirmary. Her foot hurt badly and was wounded visibly, it looked burned and some dried blood had colored the end of her pants. “No I don’t need a Doctor.”, the young girl nonetheless insisted, and ended up being carried into infirmary by the officer, who now called: “Doctor?”

As soon as the Doctor appeared he explained: “I just found her, she didn’t wanted to tell me her name but she belongs to the ship.”, he sighted: “Looks like she shot herself in the foot accidentally, with the phaser I took from her. I have to find out whose phaser this is now.”, he excused himself and left sickbay. The eight year old meanwhile tried to climb down the biobed and sneak out.

“Y’know, giving people second chances isn’t always seen as a good thing.” The way Rex saw it, it merely gave people – such as himself – an even bigger reason to continue on with his previous actions without having to worry about the consequences. “Have you ever thought about getting back at the bitch?”
