How many times do I have to tell ye’, this is a crime scene,” grumbled Richard, as he trailed along behind the other, like a small dog yapping after a mailman. “Ye’ cannae’ just waltz in here. If it’s a stroll ye’ want, try the nearby park, but unless ye’ have some sorta important information tha’ can help us, I can’t let ye’ in here. Please don’t let me say it again.”

If there was one thing that Sophie could never complain about, it was that Danny was always there and ready to help with their baby. She had always known that he would be a good father, but what she had dreamed and what was reality were not the same. It was rare for people to be able to say that someone surpassed even their dreams. Sophie couldn't help but stare with a loving expression written all over her face at the interaction between Danny and their child. It made her heart swell with so much love that she felt like she could hardly contain it.
The smile that was already gracing her features only grew at Danny's comment. "Do you really think so? And here I was thinking that she took after you more than me." She sat on the arm of the couch and reached down to run her fingers through Danny's hair before leaning down to place a soft kiss on the top of the baby's head. "Did you want a break from daddy duties? Need me to tag myself in?"

one thing about scarlett jane dutton, she was a graceful angel on a horse. the feeling was exhilarating, one she loved & craved whenever being away for too long. the wind that breezed through her hair, the natural rhythm that took over her body while riding that majestic creature, it was all so magnetic. drawing her in for more & the best form of therapy after a stressful day.
a state of euphoria nearly consumed her to the point where she had almost forgotten about the handsome fella who was watching from behind the fence. a playful laugh escapes smooth lips while gazing in daniel’s direction. ‘you should be jealous..’ a cute wink before pulling on the reigns, causing lady to gallop towards the male. ‘maybe next time you should join me instead of hanging out on the sidelines.’ she teases. their relationship was complicated. however, one thing was for damn sure, whenever these two were together, there was an undeniable connection that made it hard to be apart for too long. the thing with daniel was, it never felt like goodbye even when he’d leave, it always felt more like see you later. they’d just pick up right where they’d left off. again, it was complicated, but in some weird unorthodox way, made sense to them.

Charley's lungs burned, but he couldn't stop. He couldn't stop couldn't stop because if he did they'd catch him. And he refused to be caught. He wouldn't. And if he ever, ever was well - he would take as many of the bastards with him as he could do.
Skidding around the corner, sneaker tread squealing on the concrete, Charley's shoulder slammed into the wall before he continued his momentum. There was an open door - a garage maybe? - and the brunet dashes toward it, bag thumping against his back.
Crashing through the door, he snags the closure on the way in and yanks, hard. There's another man there. Charley's scared him, no doubt. "Man, find somewhere and fuckin' hide. Now!"

It was, what, four in the morning. Five? Either way, it was the time of the night wherein it was so late, that it was early. Frankly, it was surprising Richard’s head wasn’t leaning against the bar table, yet. It was even more surprising to see who just walked into the bar. Feeling her familiar figure beside him, the Scotsman didn’t even spare her a side-ways glance, as he emptied out another bottle of booze into his glass. Too many hurtful words had been catapulted at one another. The blade still buried deep within Richard’s chest, if it wasn’t evident by his red-rimmed eyebags. “I though’ ye’ said we needed some space,” he rasped. “How did ye’ even manage to find me?”

Who wakes up first? I have the feeling it would be either of them! Gio is certainly not a sleep in kind of person, and Emily is an early riser because she just has too much energy and loves waking up early
Who is grumpiest in the morning? Loooool Isn't the question already pretty self-explanatory itself? Gio is grumpy 24/7!
Who cooks breakfast? 100% Emily, no doubts. Although Gio is one reliable guy, so maybe he'd try it, provided Emily lets him do it. Cue to them cooking breakfast together.
Who serves the other breakfast in bed? Again, without any doubt, Emily would. She'd stride into the bedroom, exuding her usual sugar and all things nice kind of energy, an awesome breakfast in hand. Yes, that's my mental image.
Who suggests the skip work and stay home? I mean, Emily loves her job, and loves going to her bakery, so she wouldn't really suggest that, but he sort of would, I think. Just to get her out of the bakery lol
Who falls asleep on top of the other? 100000% Emily.
Who always has to be touching the other? 100000% Emily.
Who stays up until 2 reading? She's not really a reader, so she wouldn't. Gio gives off a intellectual sort of vibe, so if anything, maybe he would.
Who kisses their partner while they’re sleeping? Either would :)
Who is most adventurous? Mhmmm, I wanna say both of them!
Who is most protective? Both are the protective kind. Being the older sister in her family, Emily's always looked after everyone, so she's naturally protective.
Who cares too much? Same as above really. Gio wouldn't show it as openly, but he really cares.
Who is most competitive? I can imagine them being competitive about the silliest things, to be honest. Perhaps Emily could be a little be more competitive, but I'm sure it would be like super silly and cute things.
Who sings in the shower? Emily 100%.
Who is more likely to get naughty in inappropriate places? Gio, no hesitation whatsoever here.
