The little girl laughed as the girl began undressing her from her pajamas, pushing her hands away. She always did that when she was being changed.
Ryan walked in and just straight up froze. ”What the hell are you doing with my daughter?”
Ace looked up, startled by the boyish voice she heard. "I- uh..." She looked from daughter to father. "Lucy called me up and asked me to cover for her? Her boyfriend had an emergency or something?" She wished she didn't sound like she was lying, it was the honest truth. But she was confused, thinking her friend had let the parents know she had called up a substitute babysitter.
