Yukina looks at the odd plant, only having heard of the intersting custome the humans have for it recently. Smiling sweetly she leans over and kisses Hiei's cheek gently before leaning back to see his reaction.

Hiei had been wandering with her for a bit, partly to make sure she’d be safe but mostly because he figured it might be an idea to actually spend some time with her for once. He blinked, freezing a bit in surprise when he felt her lips on his cheek like that, turning a bit red as he glanced over. “…?” He didn’t anything to really say to it, too stunned to think of something, but the surprise was definitely there. He raised a hand to his cheek then, running his finger along where she’d kissed him in surprise before he swallowed. “U-Uh… thanks..” He mumbled a bit then, not sure what else to say.

A glance up and the fox started to chuckle low in his throat. "Hiei?" He asked his companion. "Have you been told what standing under the mistletoe means to most humans?" Kurama didn't wait long for an answer, instead he bent down and tilted his head to touch their lips together in a soft kiss.

As they traveled a bit, Hiei looked over almost curiously at Kurama when his name had been called. The fox had even paused, causing Hiei to pause beside him. The fire demon looked almost curious at the question and had been about to say that he'd heard rumors of what it had meant but didn't get a chance to get even that out when the fox bent down and Hiei felt lips against his own. 

To say Hiei was surprised would be an understatement at this point, his cheeks turning a very gentle shade of pink. However he didn't pull away either, seemingly almost mesmerized by the act that the two had found themselves in. Had Hiei been able to think clearer, he'd wonder if this was just because of the plant above them or if it was perhaps something more. Though that would be something he'd have to consider later it seemed.

" 'Possibly die'," Mukuro snorts. A metal hand took Hiei by the shoulder and turned him to face her before planting a swift kiss on his head, just above the headband. She lets go immediately after and turns to continue down the hall. "Sounds like a threat. We'll see."

Hiei paused when he heard the voice and felt the hand on his shoulder. He blinked a bit in pure surprise when she placed a kiss on his head like that. Hiei watched her go down the hall for a moment before his hand raised to run his finger along where she'd kissed him, almost looking like some kind of deer in headlights he was sure. "I.... am not sure what happened.." He mumbled to himself. "Though... I'm not going to question it..." It had been rather a nice thing to receive after all.

Gigi carefully clawed his way up Hiei's cape, sinking his sharp claws into fabric and fabric alone, until he could sit up on the demon's shoulder. He leaned in and touched his nose to Hiei's cheek in a feline kiss.

Hiei blinked when he felt the cat beginning to claw his way up his cape like that. However he stayed still, knowing that it might be a bit difficult for him to do whatever it was without clawing him if Hiei moved too much. When he felt the other touch his nose to his cheek like that, Hiei blinked in surprise before he gave a small chuckle and scratched him behind the ears. "Thanks." He said simply, almost cautiously nuzzling his nose back into the cat's cheek. He'd understood... and it was just the two of them.. so perhaps he could get away with this one..
