Things went well enough on the 22nd that they sent me home on Xmas eve. A pleasant surprise for everyone. Plus, it was nice not to completely miss Christmas Day celebrations. . We told our kids that I went to The North Pole to help Santa, and that combine w a strategically placed Santa hat hides my incision and shaved side of my head - I’ve kinda got a Viking/methhead thing going on on one side. . My neuro and ent team were phenomenal taking care of me.
