{` waits a couple of seconds, fixing the kid with a blank stare — now he remembers his face from that one time he skipped class and forced him to teleport. but really, he has no business being here. when too long a moment passes and the other is still standing there, his eyes narrow a little } why are you still here?

Lazy as he was, Chanhee always looked to do things the easiest way possible. Stealing a train ticket from an unsuspecting passerby was simple enough, of course, and he didn't think it could get easier than that. Turns out he was wrong, though, as proven by the living transportation by the name of Ahn Daniel -- someone Chanhee didn't know existed until recently when a couple of students had walked past him with gossip spilling from their blabbering mouth. 

Their meeting was an accident from every angle. Due to the fact that Chanhee had failed to attend a certain class for the past two days, he missed the memo that would have told him where his class had relocated for a project. Thinking that nothing had changed since he last showed up, he'd strolled in without looking around to check if he was truly with the same nameless faces.

It was his mistake of the day. Had he known, he wouldn't have bothered to show up at all.

Thankfully, this mistake was soon amended when he grudgingly sat behind a boy he'd never seen in previous. He didn't think the boy was any special at first, and he'd sat there staring out the window wondering which of the five ways he'd thought of was best for a quick jump escape. 

What caught his attention was the teacher calling out an ever familiar name attached to some interesting rumours he'd heard. All thoughts on how to open the window without a creak disintegrated in an instant, his attention switching towards the strange boy seated before him. Chanhee tapped two fingers against the surface of his desk, wondering if it was worth it to give the rumour mill a try -- maybe it could be his chance to lighten a rather bland day. 

Quietly as always, he reached out to grab onto the boy's back collar, dragging him backwards. "Cooperate with me for a sec here, alright?" Without waiting for a response, he stood with one hand still firmly gripping the other's shirt. "Hey prof, this guy feels ill, I'm gonna take him to the nurse." He was already halfway to the door before his excuse was completely uttered, forcibly dragging the other student along.
