So most of you Don’t know unless you follow me on Facebook but on Valentines Day I had a Heart Attack. No bullshit it was one of the scariest things I’ve ever had to deal with (and I’m not one to scare easily). But all of that aside I had my first Cardiologist appointment today and he confirmed that I was lucky and strong. I only had minimal damage to my heart and it was more like it was stressed out. My cholesterol numbers are good but with bad genetics that number doesn’t mean shit. Do yourself a favor and go get checked out by a specialist not just your normal Dr. With a slightly better diet and exercise I will be back up and running full speed again, in the mean time don’t get mad if I reschedule your appointment I just need to reduce some stress but will still take care if you all.
