Taehyun was never good about socializing with new people. Normally, he could barely string enough words together to keep a conversation afloat. But as the singer gazed at all of the unfamiliar faces that occupied the company party, he figured it would be better to make friends than to be known as 'the loner that switched labels'. So brushing off his introversion,Taehyun cleared his throat as he strode over to the unknown male, fingers lightly tapping the other's shoulder. "Nice party, isnt it?"
—— He watched as the party unfolded before him; people ceased to be human, instead adopting some structured niche to which they flocked, drinking, eating, smiles fit on their lips, laughs blossoming in their their throat. As always, Moon fled to the side, his own glass brimming with alcohol--a bitter source distraction from the glittering display around him. His finger tapped against the glass in dull, silent thuds that challenged the repetitive beats that spilled from the speakers, flooding the room with synchronized sounds. To say he was dazzled was an understatement; his fascination knew no end when he placed himself there, in the shoes of the observers, the distant gaze painting everything so foreign. But his distraction and the music plot against him and disguise a patter of steps that led to him, that brought a brush of fingers against his shoulder, a voice to his ears. Moon turned, eyes still round with curiosity. Lower, on his lips, a smile spread itself.
"Yeah, it's nice. Busy, always is," he answered before pausing. The lack of familiarity pushed a question to his lips, "Do we know each other?"
