First I want to say that dealing with heartbreak is different for everyone. I’m sorry you’re sad, but it’s perfectly normal to be upset. The way that I have dealt with heartbreak is remove everything that reminds me of them, and to focus my energy on my friends and family. Surround yourself with your friends, your pets (if you have any) and family and focus on doing things that make you happy. You may have moments where you slip up and think about them and become sad, and that’s okay. Just remind yourself that everything happens for a reason. If the relationship is meant to be, then you two will find yourselves back to each other. Please take care of yourself. Remember than you are #1 in your life. I know it’s difficult, but do your best to not think about the relationship or them. It won’t do you any good to dwell on the past. Distract yourself with things you love to do.
