Hey, Gibbs hide his worry under his anger--is sarcasm that bad?
I don’t think he hides it.
At least, not really. He knows his team can take care of each other and themselves — and when Ari kidnapped Kate, I think it was a mix of concern and fury because Ari’s a bastard, yeah, and a dangerous one, and Gibbs is an admittedly chauvinistic team leader no one wanted to believe, famous gut or not. He doesn’t hide his worry behind his anger, I think it’s more the fact that he’s angry because he’s worried —— and he’s not the type of man to show that sensitive side unless it’s absolutely necessary. Or we’re dealing with Abby. But he gets worried when the odds are against those he cares about, especially when he’s on the sidelines, given what happened to Shannon and Kelly — he hates being helpless and not being right there to fix things, and it pisses him off when things aren’t moving fast enough.
