Most people just want to get strikes over with because they're grinding for bounties/bright dust--if you want to take the time to Experience them, it can help to bring a patient fireteam! (If you're on PC, let me know, I'll be happy to group with you)

makes sense! i don’t mind skipping over the story to keep things moving, i can always just look that up on youtube later, i just don’t want people to be consistently asshole-ish haha :’) which, to be fair, isn’t something i’ve experienced personally, but nevertheless, the brain insists on being Wary

aw man i can imagine! it’s always a pain when i get them in eso dungeons lol, especially because they don’t always say they’re speedrunning and i’ll miss the skip or get stuck in scenery :’)

Yeah, with 3 small expansions (if you count Red War) and 2 huge ones, AND seasonal content coming in with story and activities, it's weird 'linearity' for players coming in after New Light. I'm glad your brother supplied the ethernet cable!!

yeah the design of it is very... unintuitive. thank goodness for people compiling handy guides and story order lists! 😂

It's taken me so long to get comfortable to PVP and to get weapons that are best for it, I feel that! And yeah it can feel a bit aimless because they adjusted the older content for F2P and the seasonal content. There's Amanda Holliday at the Hangar in the Tower for the 3 free campaign questlines that I love to do. It really takes time to get into the lore, story, and content. I love my Awoken wizard boy

oooh okay yes that’s good to know! i was wondering about the story content i saw people mention, but somehow completely missed myself??? but i was having a good enough time just running around, that i didn’t feel like googling it yet 😂

hehe thank you! :D i’m still trying to get the ropes of the game and see if i Properly Like It - so far i’ve noodled around a fair bit in the edz, which has been good fun, but it feels kind of aimless and a bit overwhelming at times? but pretty graphics... space wizardry... purple... i’m very into those things
