Keith exhaled deeply, blowing a ring of smoke out into the air. His eyes were set on his 'target', and hadn't left her since he first caught sight. Waiting out an opportunity was hard on an impatient guy, but it'd be well worth it if he played his cards right. Once he was sure it would be a prime time to approach, he flicked his cigarette to the ground, grinding it into the concrete with his sneaker. Just as she was about to walk by him, he stepped slightly in front, though not enough to come off as threatening.
