“Oh come on, you had it coming. You should’ve heard yourself.” Michael laughed, still not over witnessing the parent/teacher meeting Nixon had just been at. It was easy to pretend to people that they were father and son, just to fit into the human life, but Nixon definitely needed some better communication skills or maybe read a parenting book. “It’s like you were a robot that repeating himself. He might think you were on drugs.”
