okay fellow narcoleptics, assemble: for those of your who have been on zolpidem (ambien) and xyrem, what's been your experience with both?

i'm reaching the point after 6 years where those are really the only things left for me to try, and i'm honestly really really scared of both of them since i have pretty severe mental health issues and need to be on psych meds as well
