[NEWS] Yoojin goes for a “Ride” with soloist U-Sik on her debut MV.
On March 14, singer Yoojin finally drops her debut EP, “Ongoing Voicemail” alongside the music video for her first title track, “Ride.”
Showcasing her soft and sweet vocals in the track, she can be seen roaming in the city of Seoul before she ends up going out with her friends after a tiring day as the music begins to play. Yoojin then meet U-Sik halfway in the video when her friends stops by the beach to watch the sunrise as the music slows down to capture his melodies vocals.

[NEWS] Yoojin makes a surprise Q&A and updating her fans about her current conditions through a cozy mukbang V-live!
After awhile hiding herself from the spotlight as well as appearing on the TV screen, supermodel Yoojin gifts her fan with a sudden live broadcast on the app V-live while eating despite it being early in the morning. Yoojin explained that she had been taking her time to think about her career for awhile and also openly discuss her worries with the audience.
Q: where have you been unnie? ㅜㅜ
I have been focusing on my studies lately actually! Ah, I don’t think many of you know this but me and ESteem Model actually decided to part ways since my contract ended last year.. around November? Or was it December? I can’t actually remember. (`she laughs softly with her hand covering her lips. ) But I have been taking a break since then and focusing on myself. But you guys will be seeing me a lot soon since I’ll be a regular cast on ‘Get It Beauty 2018’!
Q: what other plans do you have for this year?
Hmmm, for now I’m just focusing to graduate but I’m working on my music too! A lot of you guys said you were missing seeing me singing right? So I’m working very diligently on vocal classes and been inside the studio or the practice studio when I’m not at school. I think 2018 will be very exciting and you will see lots of sides from me so I’m a bit nervous and excited to show what I have prepared heh.
Q: do you have any acting plans soon?
For now, I can’t say anything for certain. I’m not confident in acting again since I think I lack skills still but if a chance may come and the character fits me, I think I might give it a try again. But for now no, not really.
Q: how was btob concert?? are you and sungjae friend?
BTOB concert was amazing! BTOB-nim were very cool and trendy, I think I had a bit of too much fun honestly. ( `a small laugh emits her mouth as she nods her head at the next question. ) We are indeed friends! He’s a really close of mine and it’s been awhile since we are.
Q: anyone that you would like to colab with in the future?
I have a lot of people that I want to work together with and I don’t think I’m particularly picky with the ones that I work with usually so I think it is an honor to work with anyone!
Q: any updates on your love life unnie??
( `she ends up bursting into a fit of laughter. ) Yah! You can’t expect me to answer to such a direct question but no, I am not interested in that segment for now. I think I’m getting bored of guys too. Do other girls at my age feels the same or is it just me?
Q: what do you worry about the most these days?
I think everyone has worries in their lives right? So I think it is natural for me to feel that way too sometimes. I think recently I really care about my well-being a lot. I tend to eat on time, sleep when I can, eat vitamins and supplement, do things that make me happy in general. I don’t think I have any other worry about myself although I do wonder what I want to explore more in the future though. I can’t help but to feel the burden of the public’s eyes so I’m constantly trying to make myself better and better so that I won’t disappoint those who supports me always.
Yoojin ends the broadcast after 38 minutes of talking directly with her fans and having fun times sharing their worries as well as giving out advice. It seems like the supermodel does really care about her fan with the lovable interactions that seems like she was talking to a friend instead.

Model-turned-actress Yoojin is set to join beauty show “Get It Beauty 2018” as the new MC!
A source from OnStyle confirmed the news on February 23 and stated, “Yoojin will be joining the show as an MC. She recently participated in a filming for the show.” They also added, “Yoojin will begin making an appearance on the show from March 2 onwards.”
Yoojin is a known supermodel who has been active on runaways and pictorials inside and outside of Korea as well as an active actress that recently debuted in KBS’ ‘Twenties’. She used to be a special MC for ‘Get It Beauty 2015’ and had been rising in fame after her appearance in a lot of variety shows afterwards. Are you excited to see her back on the show?

[BREAKING] Yoojin and Matthew revealed to have broken up!
After just two months in the limelight, supermodel Nam Yoojin and international swimmer plus Juncture’s bassist, Matthew Kang have confirmed their breakup.
A representative from Yoojin’s agency, EStem Model, has confirmed that “Yoojin and Matthew have separated due to personal reasons.”
The representative also added that it’s difficult to comment further due to the personal and private nature of the breakup, and asked for patience and understanding regarding the two stars’ separation.
Yoojin and Matthew’s relationship first came to light when the paparazzi released a few set of photos of the couple dating back in September. The two stars are known to have started dating since August, and since then, they’ve become the next “hot” couple. When the relationship was revealed, they weren’t shy about it as Matthew even showed up to Yoojin’s first exhibition.

[NEWS] Yoojin’s twin brother steps forward to clear the misunderstandings about her condition.
On October 2, supermodel and actress Yoojin was sent to the ER before moving to the Intensive Care Unit later on 9AM KST. Although the media announced earlier that her condition had stabilized, her twin brother stepped forward to give a proper explanation about the celebrity’s current condition.
Looking distressed and exhausted, he managed to pull through the chaotic scene and told the reporter, “It is true that Yoojin was moved to a normal ward since her breathing rate finally stabilized but the doctors are still keeping their eyes close on her for now. I really hope the media can stop making speculations about what happened to her. I just want my sister to finally rest calmly without the pressure from the public.”

Following news of the actress, Yoojin being found unconscious and in the hospital, ESteem Model has clarified some details.
A source from ESteem said, “Yoojin has been taken to the Intensive Care Unit and is receiving intensive care. She normally takes tranquilizers, but according to the police she took more than usual this time.”
The source continued, “We are still checking whether or not she has regained consciousness yet. Please wait for developments.”
It has also been confirmed that the celebrity had been dealing with depression and anxiety for a few years now but nothing more is revealed to the media.
