There's some clipping when your sim puts their hands on their belly in the pregnant state, but I will look into fixing that with my next af conversions

I had some trouble with the bone assignments making this, and while it should be fine during regular gameplay, this probably wouldn't be what I'd recommend for your sim to wear for using poses/a photoshoot.
