christmas date

Cha-dol fidgeted with his scarf, alternating between standing on his tip-toes and his heels while in front of Mei and Sheng’s door. He gave his standard two doorbell rings and two knocks approach before breathing out and shuffling his feet once more, looking around him. The snow the previous night had been heavy, and the fluffy material coated the surrounding area to give the illusion of what appeared to be powdered sugar icing coating the already icy world.

And it was cold. Oh so very cold.

Cha-dol pondered what it would be like to try and fly through this kind of weather. Probably even more terrible than usual. Ick. Speaking of terrible, he’d probably feel terrible if Sheng was the one who opened the door. For some reason, he always had the feeling that the guy was scrutinizing him. Oh, now Cha-dol was hungry...

With his mind off in the clouds once more, he yelped in surprise when the door finally clunked open, his feet slipping a bit on the floor and he gripped the railing behind him for support.
