True story. My Testimony! . I’ll try to make it short! . A few months ago I almost died. I am SO HAPPY to be alive. . I took these pictures on this past Monday, Jan 11th, after a late night workout. Consistent workouts that I started back doing about 2 1/2 weeks ago. . For months I was having some health problems which I literally had to stop workouts & it put me in a depressed state. No one knew it but my husband, not even my children until it got worse. Then we had no choice but to share with them. I DIDN’T want them to worry. . Even when I finally shared with them what was going on. I still was trying to do self care & not got to the hospital. For months Fred keep saying, “Hunni let’s go doctor or to the hospital”, I wasn’t having it. I thought I could figure it out, welp I couldn’t. Finally It took my youngest son literally talking to me like a parent would a child 🤦🏾‍♀️ to get me to go. The day I finally decided to go ahead no choice. I literally could feel my soul leaving body. I went to the emergency room and was hospitalized. . I was hospitalized for about 4 days & I had to have 4 blood transfusions and then sent home. After a few weeks I then ended up having a surgery and I had to do infusion every week for almost a 1 1/2 months & I lost a lot of weight. My normal weight is 145-150, I dropped to 135 & that was major weight loss to me. All that was scary to ME & draining. . I am very thankful & I’m feeling great TODAY. I’m back training my clients and myself. I’m not where I want to be with my physical appearance but I get there soon. . What I do know is that I am on my way back to being healthier & fit and that consistency is KEY. . Through exercising and weightlifting & eating properly, I’m gaining my weight back and building my strength & muscle back. Just look at my glutes and my shoulders. SEXY! 🍑🥰😂 . Real talk! I’m just happy to be able to type all this and still live life. .
