For a moment I thought that they were hinting at Ethan when Joseph mentions that he was going to hurt his son, but I think it may have actually been meant to show that he wasn't actually a prophet? Unlike the other two stories, it shows NOTHING AT ALL of how Joseph's story ended. Confusing really.
