Hakka Traditional Food
Lei cha, also call ground tea which is Hakka traditional food. The ingredients of lei cha soup are peanut, tea leaf, mint leaf, sweet leaf, salt and water. On the other hands, a bowl of lei cha has 7 side dishes like cabbage, snake pea, peanut, radish, tofu, sweet leaf and other. Therefore, lei cha is a complex cuisine. This is because chef need to pay a lot of time cut those vegetable into thin strips. By the way, lei cha is a general food in Malaysia.
