i love how different they treat kuniko as her parents (well, guardians),, totally the opposite of their usual personalities: akira who’s usually more laid-back & carefree of the two being stricter and makoto being more lenient towards her ♡♡♡

OH MY GOSH YES!!! i love them insanely 🥹 i do have quite a lot of hcs about their relationship.. uhhh i really like the idea of them both being oblivious to liking each other & yamazaki only realizes what they must look like to others once they’ve adopted kuniko or if someone points it out 😭 i also rlly like internalized homophobia yamazaki (way before present day) idk it feels fitting to me,. hes already an outcast within a group thats about being different and he was treated like a curse so id think he repressed it up until like high school because akira, who’s so open about himself and has dated anyone and everyone, does not care about what other people think — that would probably get him to look at his own identity differently lol. + i’ve been recommended qpr takayama before and i love it so much. qpr or romantic ugh i just love them

this isnt really an hc i guess, (since it is kinda canon) but dependent yamazaki,,, he cannot function without akira’s familiar weirdness and i love that
