Look, science is super hard to get into, especially med. I don't blame ya but at least it's a start.

for sure! i did med sci for a year before i managed to get into med, and honestly that was an awesome year, 0 regrets. there isn’t enough microbio/chem in med tbh, tho pathophys is pretty interesting. i just hit my first fully clinical year and things are starting to be actually relevant and it’s really cool so i’m happy!! what sorta science are you doing?

So what inspired you to go into medicine?

humm, when i was pretty young one of my cousins was in the hospital for a fairly severe illness. we used to visit him often and i got to watch the doctors there come and do rounds and take care of him. i figured back then that i wanted to help people in the same way they helped my cousin, so like 17 years later here i am! (tho honestly r/n im more of a glorified secretary than anything else lmaooo)

Can I just say you totally ripped my heart out with Like Colours, but I kept coming back for more. It was one of the best written RT fanfics I've seen and for that, kudos to you. Super amazing writing, and I hope to read more :)

Ao Haru Ride is a really adorable slice of life anime. So is Say I Love You, Kimi ni Todoke, Kaichou wa Maid Sama and Ore Monogatari. All of them are pretty amazing as far as slice of life goes, though all do involve romance.

I’ve actually seen all of them except Say I Love You, I’m just about to eat lunch so I think I’ll watch an episode now! I like romantic animes. :>
