have you ever wanted an ambiguously romantic but mostly platonic hurt/comfort fic with the resident bro angel? well its right here in my wips. I got this idea from one of the many sessions where we just talked about our fave angel with a complex. and was like “but what if i made it worse?”. so i did. and as a treat the first paragraph

She jumped as the Hand materialized in front of her. She didn’t have to see his face to feel the sorrow hang around him like a cloud. She bit her lip in lieu of sighing. He was going to apologize. Again. Rhialla opened her mouth, only to stop herself as the angel knelt down in front of her, hands clasped on her shoulders, the warmth seeping into her. Even now he was still taller than her, more intimidating up close, she could see the individual blades on his halo and the faint glittering of the gold upon his skin.

This has been stuck in my brain for days, so I hope you enjoy this scene that I may or may not make into an actual fic at some point. (Written on mobile in the hopes that the paragraphes show up properly)

Favorite moment: it's either him saying "See, father? I can be as vindictive as you" or something like that or the whole talk he has with Eothas at Ukaizo

Idea for a story: nothing that could beat A Very Good Farmer okay but I do want to write something between hím and Gaura post-Deadfire dealing with the fact that neither of them managed to fulfill the promise they made the other

Unpopular opinion: I don't think I have any

Favorite relationship: I mean it's not like I have a lot of options to choose from so I guess I'm going with Eothas 😂 okay but they do have an interesting dynamic if a really messed up one at that

Favorite headcanon: this totally happened at one point

I am very slow, and so I've only just noticed that you have an eothas priestess! :D Which is perfect for the holiday gift meme, because Favaen would for sure make her some dawnstars jewlery, either earrings, or if she doesn't have earholes probably a necklace, but whatever type of jewlery she prefers.^^

Violet would love those and would probably take the opportunity to strike up a pen pal correspondence with a fellow priestess! :-D She’d send Favaen a lovely linen scarf that she embroidered with Eothas iconography.
