It’s totally fine Anon! Not long at all :) I’m trying to live a chill day so I think this is nice for me rather than a crazy psychotic one (｡ >艸<) But I’m sure this will be nice to do! Not that I don’t like the other ones, I’m just trying to be chill today, so this was a nice change in pace (＾წ＾)
Tw; Mentions of murder (not that it happens), mentions of kidnapping (also does not happen. Hence the word mention), Mentions of self-harm, mentions of su1cide, Somewhat chill one today. Wouldn’t say wholesome or fluffy, but it’s chill.
- Shuichi is side line clinging I guess. Meaning he likes to be by your side 24/7, but can never bring himself to do it, so just watches from the side 24/7 instead, so to find out you were talking to Maki, he was nervous. Nervous that Maki had found out, or she was about to go over that whole do you wanna to die sentence with you. But to his surprise, you were...hanging out now? That’s crazy, it took him forever to even get Maki to shut up saying do you wanna die to him, and now you were hanging out with her and having a cheerful conversation? Impossible.
- He knew Maki was crazy smart and strong, so...He tried not to watch whilst you two would be together because he knew Maki would get a sense that someone was watching in on you both.
- But once Kaito told him that Maki was teaching you self defense, and how to increase her senses, telling him how cool that was, he was mad, sad felt all these emotions at the same time. How would he watch you? How would he be able to get you to himself?
- So...He finally decided to approach you and attempt to have a proper friendly conversation. Maybe even become friends. Of course none of this happened without the tip of his hat over his face or without him stumbling over his words.
- He knew he couldn’t quart his darling by kidnapping them, but he still wanted to, there’s no denying that. But now that Maki’s one of your close friends, and his darling knows self-defense, he wanted to wait longer.
- Soon, he decided that the best way he could succeed in this was to try to k1ll Maki. But even though Shuichi has grown to figure out how to murd3r people without getting caught, he knew that if he tried against Maki, he’d most likely loose....and if he lost, he knows Maki would tell you. And then his darling would be afraid of him, and he’d have no idea what to do.
- Even with how shy he is, he planned on becoming close friends with you, or at least attempt it. Maybe if you guys became close friends, you could become something more? And then he wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of kidnapping you, right?
- Sadly, fantasies are fantasies, and with his low self esteem, he didn’t think in a thousand years that would happen. Maybe he’d hire someone to k1ll Maki and then he’d k1ll the person that k1lled Maki so that there would be no possibility that he’d get caught.
- But even after that...then what would he do? You still knew self defense, Maki probably taught you how to tell if someone was watching you, or tell if your drink was laced. Probably taught you to keep a close eye on your food and drinks so it doesn’t get laced. So Shuichi was kind of stuck...Maybe he’d also hire someone to kidnap his darling, but he’d help as well so his darling was cornered.
- Yeah...Maybe that’s the route he’ll take...I mean, he’s kind of desperate here. Now he’s over here putting himself down. He should’ve made sure you wouldn’t talk to Maki, but he thought she’d just threaten you, not become close friends with you.
- He couldn’t even tell if maybe you guys became something more than close friends, oh that would be the end for him, he’d risk it all if that was the case. He couldn’t even see what you guys were doing besides training. Did you go to the mall? Did you go to the park? How would he know unless Kaito’s loud mouth told him? He couldn’t check, Maki or you would hear or sense him, he was over.
- Honestly, he was for sure stressed out before about taking you for himself, and now he was on the verge of loosing his mind (more than he already has).
- Maybe he could start cutting himself so that you’d help him out and show concern for him. Manipulation. Maybe he could purposely hold a gun to his head acting like he’s about to off himself right before you come in the room so you’ll pity him.
- I mean, that’s what always happens in movies, right? Just know Shuichi, real life is a lot different than movies. You’re a detective, right? You should know...
Took me way to long, and that’s because I had to write so much extra just to get to 700+ words. I try to get to 735-800+ words when writing single character imagines / scenarios. I hope it’s good enough for you Anon, but if you want anything changed, lmk.
