May I request HCs for Ruby, Blake, Yang and Pyrrha with a gf who routinely survives things that, by all accounts, *should* have killed her? And like, not even she knows how she does it?

RWBY

RUBY ROSE

Ruby almost has a heart attack every time this happens. No really, she has a hard time handling it whenever such an event occurs and she runs to you, tears streaming down her face, and throws herself into you, wrapping herself around you and refusing to let go for a very long time. She goes on and on about how worried she is and how you can’t keep doing this and how you need to be more careful and how you shouldn’t take almost dying so lightly and... She stays by your side whenever you guys aren’t doing anything dangerous, and even closer when it is something dangerous. She knows she can’t stop you from taking the big hits, and she knows it’ll be worse if she takes them, but she’s so worried that the next one is going to actually kill you...

BLAKE BELLADONNA

Blake has no idea how you keep surviving these things. She tries so hard to protect you, but she just never seems to be able to keep you from all these near death experiences. Any time she tries to stop it, it just seems to happen faster. She’s always there to see it, by the way. She doesn’t want to not be there if next time happens to be the time that you don’t make it. She just really wishes there wouldn’t be a next time. She wishes that danger didn’t always seem to find you everywhere you went. She knows you don’t do it on purpose, but she really wishes there was something she could do to just... keep you safer than this. She is overcome by the desire to protect you.

YANG XIAO LONG

Yang is kind of... snappy about it sometimes. When you take an especially bad hit, she tends to get on you for being so reckless. She doesn’t really mean to be like that about it, but she gets kind of lost in the heat of the moment. She worries about you more than anything, and she doesn’t know what she’d do if you were taken out. After she’s had time to calm down a bit, she holds you close and apologizes sincerely for the way she talked to you. She’s just... very scared. She’s scared you’ll be taken away from her and there’s nothing she’ll be able to do about it. She doesn’t want that to happen, but she knows she can’t protect you and it eats her up inside. Maybe someday she’ll get used to it, but almost definitely not anytime soon.

PYRRHA NIKOS

Pyrrha is probably the most worried out of the bunch. She has a hunch that it has to do with your semblance, and she doesn’t particularly enjoy it, but she loves you enough that she pretends it doesn’t absolutely scare her to death. She’s probably the best at keeping you safer than you would be otherwise, but sometimes she can’t get to you in time to be your shield. She seems like she would be the best at staying calm whenever this happens to you, but she actually loses her mind in the moment. Once or twice she has run over to you out of passion and protected your unconscious form from all harm until it was safe to retreat. She latches onto you in private and rarely lets you go, muttering about how scared she is that one day you’ll go somewhere she can’t follow you. Somewhere she can’t protect you. That one day she’ll see you leave the world without her. All she wants is to be assured that you’ll be okay no matter what happens.

Unbearable Pain

AU: the one where soulmates share extreme physical sensation — if one gets hurt, the other gets hurt, and etc.

Character: Yang

Warnings:

If your soulmate was a normal person you would most likely feel sorry for all the pain you cause them to feel but it appeared that your soulmate like you was also training to be a huntress or huntsmen. You both caused pained to each other because of this it wasn’t something you could easily pinpoint. The festival was something you couldn’t wait for, you hoped that maybe your soulmate would be from one of the other schools. However after everything that happened you wished the festival never happened.

You were fighting again an Ursa when you felt a strong overwhelming pain in your right arm. You let out a screaming which caused the Ursa head to explode. Good thing your semblance was had to do with your voice. You fell to your knees holding your right arm, the pain was unbearable. Other students cover you as your partner got you away.

“What happened out there?” He asked looking you over.

“I..I think my soulmate lost an arm.”

The pain numb over the night and soon you knew who lost an arm once you got to Patch. Yang a good friend and awesome training partner. When you learned about it, you left for a walk, finding a spot you cried. She was right under your nose and you never figured it out. Ruby was the one to find you sitting against a tree crying.

“Your Yang’s soulmate,” Ruby said as she sat beside you.

“Ya. I am. Suck that this is the way I had to figure it out. Why couldn’t it had been a paper cut or something?” Ruby nodded and looked towards you.

“How does it feel?” You knew she was asking around your right arm.

“There is this slight pain every time I use it. Like I shouldn’t be able to. Something it goes numb.” She nodded again.

“Watch her for me ok?” You looked at her giving her a confused look.

“There are some things I going to do and I’m going to be gone for some time so I need not only dad but you looking after my sister.” You nodded lightly.

“I will look out for her. Good luck.” Ruby stood up and helped you up.

“Thank you.”

After Ruby left Taiyang searched all of Patch leaving you with Yang alone.

“Why do you always come every day?” Yang asked as you peeled some apples for her.

“Because I promised Ruby I would help Tai look after you.”

“But why? We were sparring partners and hung out a few times. We were not close at all!”

“Because you're my soulmate!” You yelled back at her, you saw the shock on her face. “I feel the same pain you feel. That night I felt it and it hurt like crazy. I couldn’t fight and my partner had to carry me off the battlefield.”

“I...I didn’t know. I’m sorry.” Yang said looking down.

“It’s fine but that is why I come every day. That and I get to do this.” You lead over and fluffed up her very soft hair. Yang laughed lightly shaking her head to put her hair back in place.

Bit of a weird one since you welcome them: Headcanons for the rest of the team overhearing Ruby and her SO are doing something that sounds incredibly nsfw but is actually completely mundane (like twister, weapon maintenance, or something like that.

WEISS SCHNEE

Weiss turns red in the face and immediately turns around. She’s very flustered by what she’s heard and she can’t stop thinking about what the two of you could’ve possibly been doing. It isn’t really that she wants to know, it’s more like intrusive thoughts that just won’t stop. She tells the rest of the team to get it off her chest, but she’s totally embarrassed after she’s said something about it. She can’t believe something like this could have her feeling so off.

When she finds out what you guys were actually doing, she feels horrible for telling Blake and Yang. It isn’t like it was really any of her business, right? She decides to keep quiet if she hears anything in the future to avoid feeling as embarrassed as she does now. Besides, it’s better to avoid talking about it at all in general, she feels. She doesn’t want to know what you two do behind closed doors.

BLAKE BELLADONNA

Blake stops in her tracks and listens for a moment before she realizes what she thinks she’s hearing. She can’t believe it. She catches herself listening for a little too long, feeling embarrassed as she walks away in a hurry. She doesn’t tell anybody about hearing it, but she thinks about it the next time she sees you guys together. Wasn’t it a little reckless for you to do something like that where people could hear you? Wait, wasn’t it even more reckless for her to stand there and listen? It wasn’t like she liked it or anything, right?

When she finds out what you were doing, she feels kind of dumb, but otherwise doesn’t really sweat it. It was only natural for her to be a little curious, right? You weren’t even doing anything, so it’s cool. It’s normal anyway... She can’t help thinking about it long after the fact.

YANG XIAO LONG

Yang kind of smirks and walks away. Good on Ruby for getting some, she thinks to herself. She doesn’t say anything about it and she doesn’t think about it in the slightest. It’s just kind of something that happened. She goes about the rest of her day like normal and the thought that something weird was going on doesn’t even cross her mind. She’s happy for you guys.

When she finds out what you were really doing, she kind of just laughs. She teases both of you for making such weird sounds when doing something so normal. She can’t believe you guys are such dorks! In between laughs, she asks if the task at least went well.

RUBY ROSE

Most of all, Ruby thinks it’s very strange that you don’t have your own weapon. She has very many questions about what it’s like in this “other world” you talk about so much and she’s not hardly afraid to ask them. She believes you when you say you aren’t from Remnant based on the fact that you’re so unfamiliar with a lot of the concepts she finds basic in everyday life. She’s more than happy to teach you everything she knows, hoping to get really close to you and learn everything you’re willing to share in return. She wants to know everything about life back in our world and never stops being interested in what you have to say about it.

WEISS SCHNEE

A little skeptical, Weiss doesn’t believe you at first when you say you’re from another world. She thinks you must’ve hit your head or had a weird dream or something. She notices that you don’t seem to understand much about how things in Remnant actually work, and that does convince her a little, but in the beginning she just blames it on a really bad case of amnesia. As time goes on, she slowly starts to become interested in your tales of our world and how it works. She slowly starts to believe that maybe you are from somewhere she doesn’t know anything about. She does want to learn, but she’s very slow about it as she takes a little bit of time to really settle into the things you tell her. She counts it as a miracle that you’re here.

BLAKE BELLADONNA

Blake doesn’t exactly believe you immediately, but she doesn’t exactly think you’re lying either. Stranger things have happened, after all. She wants nothing more than to believe without a doubt that you are telling her the truth when you talk about how things work in our world. She wants to believe that different worlds exist like that. She wants to take comfort in it, but there’s always that shred of doubt lingering in the back of her mind. She asks you to tell her stories again and again until she has them practically memorized, as if it were one of her favorite books. She wonders if you find Remnant as interesting as she finds the things you have to say. She seems a lot gloomier than you do when she talks about the things that go on where she’s from. She hopes that one day that won’t be the case.

YANG XIAO LONG

The first time you told Yang that you were from another world, she laughed in your face. It wasn’t that she didn’t believe you so to say, just the fact that you had the guts to say something like that so soon. She thinks it’s neat that you’re from another world and has many questions, but it’s really up in the air as to whether or not she believes you. Some of the things she says in response to your stories makes you wonder if she’s convinced you’re not lying. She gets really serious sometimes, asking several questions in a row and occasionally getting incredibly frustrated by the reality of some of your answers. Not with you, but with the things that make your reality back here what it is. She acts like life is less interesting in Remnant sometimes, saying that she wishes she could go back with you one day before quickly changing her mind. There’s too much to protect, she says. But... if only one day...

Can I get 2 matchups from RWBY? I'm a disaster lesbain, 5'3 INFP-T girl with Black hair and brown eyes. I'm not much of a talker and Kinda shy but I'm a good listener. I like cats, reading, sleeping. I'm always tired and would sometimes zone out. I am highly afraid of dogs (I got chased by one as a child) I don't like loud people besides that I'm a nice gal. I get angered easily but I keep myself bottle up :)

BLAKE BELLADONNA

She’s pretty similar to you in a lot of ways, so the two of you get along well, which got her interested in you in the first place. It was when you told her you were scared of dogs that she realized she had developed some feelings for you, not being too fond of them herself. She’s also glad you like cats seeing as her faunus traits are of a feline nature. She isn’t normally a big fan of it, but sometimes she’ll let you pet her ears. 

She also really loves that you like to read, seeing you as someone she can share and discuss with all her favorite novels and whatnot. She wants to know every book that you like, what you don’t like, which ones made you emotional, which ones filled you with hope... Everything. She has a lot of questions and she’s going to ask all of them really enthusiastically. She’s also very down to just sit by you and have a nap on a rainy day. She’ll fall asleep with her head on your’s, chest gently rising and falling as she snoozes.

She also doesn’t need to be having a conversation at all times, so she kind of thinks your shyness is really cute. She’s a hardcore introvert, so she’s just fine with sitting in silence while the two of you read books or something - but she has to be sitting very close to you while you do so. She really likes to be touching when the two of you are together, so expect her to always find a reason to be right next to you when you’re present. She especially likes to twirl your hair around her finger.

YANG XIAO LONG

You are just her type - quiet and studious. She thinks you’re the cutest thing ever and is going to be constantly teasing you about how much shorter than her you are. Expect her to tussle your hair and pat you on the head a lot, sometimes resting her elbow on the top. She frequently talks about how cute you are and sometimes calls you her little mouse. She means it in an endearing way, saying it in a joking tone each time as she pokes you.

She likes to watch you read and do your own thing when you don’t feel like spending time with her. She can be surprisingly quiet, though she does occasionally ask you a question or two about what you’re doing every now and then. She especially thinks it’s cute watching you read or sleep, getting lost in the sound of your breathing. Sometimes she’ll fall asleep with you! She’ll really zone out before she does, probably slipping and hitting her head on something before she just lays her head down.

She’s an extrovert, so she does take you out places sometimes, but they’re typically places like book stores or cafes where the two of you can sit somewhere off by yourselves and just chat. She has lots of questions about who you are as a person. What kinds of books are your favorites? What do you want to do in the future? She also has weird questions sometimes, things like what you’d do if you had to choose between never eating fruit again for the rest of your life or only having to eat fruit for the rest of your life. She just likes to know things about you, that’s all.
