This LOVELY piece is a commission for @carnelioroseschnee. It was a really cute idea and I really had fun working on this. I am veryyy happy and proud to share this to all of you ;w; I LOVE WEISS, GODDAMIT <3
Thanks again for commissioning me! If that is the right term for it. Really grateful!!
Can we appreciate our little snowflake’s trust, belief, and faith in our sunny little dragon? When almost all doubted Yang, Weiss believed in her! As Weiss said, they may not have been as close but she’s there for her too. That speaks volumee and I love it.
I just love the relationship. Even if they’re not romantically inclined with each other, I just love the fact that Weiss stood by Yang.
When Weiss decides she needs a little break from her friends, she discovers something quite accidentally through a little white lie.

[YangXWeiss]
(Short but sweet, it’s a delivery for Skire! Told ya’ I’d do it.)
(More to come? Possibly?)
The sun was setting, illuminating the sky like a dying fire being blown away by the cold wind. Yet there sat Weiss, atop a cliff overlooking a forest nearby Beacon – not for any particular reason other than to take a breather.
With a heavy sigh, Weiss closed her eyes and flopped onto her back. Every day seemed to be the same with her team – most of which boiled down to goofing around. It’s not like she hated it or something, she just needed time to herself every now and again.
Peace and quiet; two things Weiss had learned to appreciate more and more as the days flew by.
“Found you!” Weiss heard Yang’s familiarly chipper voice from the tree-line.
Maybe if I act like I’m asleep she’ll leave me alone...
Weiss listened intently as Yang sauntered over to where she was laying, stopping right behind her head.
“Huh, I never expected you to be the type to fall asleep out here.” Yang’s laugh was abnormally soft.
Weiss shivered as a shadow fell over her, immediately making her rethink the whole charade.
“You’re going to get a cold like this…” Yang scolded, “But you’d probably kill me if I woke you up, huh?”
Weiss tried hard not to shift uncomfortably as a light blush began to creep its way across her face.
“Here you go,” Yang laid something warm and heavy across her torso, “though I really shouldn't leave you here anyway…”
Weiss waited a moment before slightly opening one eye to take a peek; only to see Yang crouching right next to her in such a close proximity she couldn’t help but fidget. Weiss forced herself to keep her eyes shut and ended up biting her tongue to distract herself.
Yang didn't seem to notice though, and instead lowered her hand to Weiss’ forehead, brushing her bangs out of her face. Weiss desperately wanted to open her eyes and end the awkward feeling that started to well in her chest, but she knew that she was already in too deep.
But Weiss’ line of thought was interrupted by the feeling of hair tickling her cheek.
What is she DOING?
Then she felt a gentle press against her cheek – not from Yang’s hand this time, it was something softer. Weiss’ mind went blank, but part of her knew what had just happened.
“Well… I’d better run before I do wake you up.” Yang whispered in a barely audible tone.
Weiss could hear Yang stand and trot off back from where she came, but she didn't acknowledge it – her brain didn't seem to want to work.
Instead, Weiss’ eyes shot open as she slowly placed one hand on her bright red cheek.
