they lived in a relatively normal world until everything became haha unstable...wifies and parrot get sent into a game-like world with a bunch of other random people this is how unstable happens and then people start doing their civilizations n shit wars blah blah parrot dies at some point and wifies dies because of whatever happened, but because of the power of regret:tm: he manages to reset everything. At first, he tries his best to stop parrot from dying in normal means...he already knows the future although a bit vaugely and he still maintains the knowledge and skills hes learned, but no matter what it keeps happening. The first loop, the second, the third, the fourth. Over and over parrot keeps dying and he doesn't know why. He starts to just lose it. It's not in a snap kind of thing it is something that grew over the loops. He became colder, more ruthless, more evil, and more lost as things went on. Till he finally decided to just control everything. He orchestrates everything in Unstable now he knows all the events and what triggers them he can control the outcome of it all unstable literally becomes a story wifies is writing...that wifies is writing to keep parrot alive and he doesnt know it. The only way wifies could ever be free from this loop is that if he can come to terms with his own grief.
wifies dying in the paragon after parrot left him but was still alive made him realize all the things he has done and made him never wish to meddle with parrot or regress, thus his attacments put at ease he finally ends the loop...and parrot would never know, that Directorfies was the product of a thousand attempts to save him.
