Yeji Artist of the Month
Yeji Artist of the Month
WU’s October 2016 #WAOTM is Nuha Khan ‘13
Thanks to Gerta Malaj ‘13 (@gertapixel) for this month’s Wellesley Alum Of The Month submission!
Nuha is one of the smartest, sweetest, most resilient people I know. In the past year, she's been through a myriad of professional and personal challenges--from working extreme hours and weekends, to being hit by a car! Yet, she never gave up. She continues to work really hard and has also never ceased to be a wonderful friend. I could go on forever listing her qualities. She is a force of nature and I'm proud to be her friend and fellow alum.

Erin Hurson '05 is Wellesley Underground's First #YAOTM of 2015!
Thank you to Heather Long ‘04 (@byHeatherLong) for this month’s submission!

Many of us fantasize about taking time off to travel the world. Erin Hurson '05 did it. She quit a great job in San Francisco in 2013, packed her bags and spent several months backpacking through central America and blogging about it here: http://www.ladyasatramp.com/ As a well organized Wellesley woman, she even managed to undertake her travels without spending down too much of her savings. She worked odd jobs and continued to put money into a retirement plan! She blogged about being a money wise traveler for CNN in August: http://money.cnn.com/2014/08/02/investing/cheap-travel/ Erin is my Wellesley little sister and has always been someone who makes me smile, but seeing her take these risks and show how the "career track" can include twists and turns has been a real inspiration.

Congrats to #December2013 #YAOTM, Debbie Tien '12 (@detien) Founder of Sisasa Inc. (@sisasainc). Thanks to Janet Chen '10 for this month's submission!
She's honestly one of the smartest, bravest, and most creative people I've ever met. In the past year, she's bounced around working jobs in India, Tanzania, and Nicaragua. She working on her own start-up right now that's focusing on de-mystifying the world of investing, stocks, and finance for young people. She's amazing.
It's that time of the month! Submit your choice for December 2013 #YAOTM by this Friday December 6, 2013!!!
