the thought of the Aerialbots and Stunticons (Stunticons especially) having an uncanny valley effect on other Transformers is deeply amusing to me

i think it would be significantly more obvious with Menasor and Superion too. Menasor's jerky movements, random twitches from her individual components, really odd speech pattern, no optic shutters (for funsies because I like him being as unnerving as possible), eyes set a little too deep into their eye sockets, loud, ominous engines and WAY TOO MANY TEETH, etc

And in contrast, Superion' almost. lifeless. stillness. They've completely smothered their components in his headspace. Pretty much just a really muffled peanut gallery. Imagine being Defensor, just hanging around with your fellow combiners after an hour or so, and suddenly realizing that you havent seen Superion move. at all. this entire time. He's been staring dead at you for the past hour. Completely silent and expressionless. And when you ask if he's alright (because what the fuck??) it's just prolonged silence, and then finally "Superion is fine."

In my little headcanon/AU/fan cont, Combiners having delayed responses is entirely normal. They've got 5-6 other dudes in their already messy headspace. Gotta give em a minute to process. But damn if it doesn't make Superion even more unsettling than they already are.

The Stunticons being created from stolen vehicles is a criminally underrated concept

Like, what was still inside when Rumble stole them? Did Megatron remove any of it or did he not gaf? Breakdown and Wildrider probably dont have any stickers or anything considering how expensive their respective alt modes are, but Motormaster probably has a thousand and one cigarette butts inside her glove compartment.

But it also leaves a more potential. Since they're built like earth cars, can they be hotwired???? Wildrider just falls asleep in a ditch on the side of the road and wakes up 3 states away?? You can’t convince me that Drag Strip doesnt disguise himself or some shit, sneaks his way into an F1 race, and after it begins he takes control from the driver and just. Goes for it.

And like.

I know their keys were still in their ignition when they were stolen.
