Bruce and Yara: day in
it seems to be a lazy day in the Wayne manor, both the Misses and the Mister deciding to take time for themselves. Its been a long time since Bruce and Yara were at home for more than a couple hours at a time.
Between Bruce working at Wayne Enterprises, being the batman plus Yara working as a forensic pathologist for GCPD and occasionally working with a trench coat wearing sorcerer, they're the booked and busiest couple in Gotham City.
But Yara, tired of not spending enough time with her man had finally put her foot down last week. "Bruce you need a break" she told him after he came in from patrolling. "When was the last time you had a day off?" she asked, watching him put up his suit for the night.
With a sigh she walked towards him, coming up from behind to wrap her arms around him. "Lets spend a couple days together next week, the office will be fine without you for a bit and the kids can do patrols" she whispered to him while trailing her fingers over his chest, really trying to persuade him.
Thinking about it, Bruce turned around in her hold. She was giving him that look, the stern but pleading look she always gave when pushing an idea to him.
"I'll call them tomorrow" he whispered, giving into his wife's stare.
