Mini pancake muffins

So trying to make a quick and jiffy breakfast, and with nothing in the kitchen, a stroke of genius hit me. Why not make pancakes in a muffinpan.And the great thing about these delicious cuties is that they take little t no effort, and are done in 15 minutes. I just took a box of instant pancake mix, whipped it up, put nonstick spray in each little tin, pour in the batter and stuffed them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
