1 & 2, plus 5 for depressing time loop 👀👀👀

Seeing that you picked depressing time loop shouldn't've made me laugh as hard as it did but I kinda figure I'd getcha with that one. <3

Ever since I started writing McShep, everything has been flowing pretty smoothly through the system (the system being my brain) so my oldest WIP is, like, really young? Baby WIP? Of this list, I think(??) vampire!Rodney is the oldest because it was a pre-Halloween haha that I accidentally got really serious about. It's hot. Newest is knight!John (or rather, the most recently written down somewhere, lol).

Vampire!Rodney turned into an insanely large monstrosity (like it may be a whole-ass novella) so I'll be working on it, but something short and fun may get posted first. It will probably be 5 Times John Accidentally Kissed Rodney because the first one is cute as hell and I want to write the other 5 (+1).

OH! MY! GOD! Okay so Febuwhump (WHICH I AM NOT DOING ALL OF. SOMEONE HIT ME WITH A SHOVEL IF I TRY.) has a fun, chatty mod who was talking about how the time loop prompt is recurring and neglected and I was smacked in the face with an idea. Here are my incoherent notes:

Rodney gets stuck in a time loop, and John dies near the end (electrocuted and they can't get his heart to start back up because it's too fried), so there's an hour of John being dead and then the loop starts over. Loop 25, Rodney realizes he loves John. Loop 30, he starts telling him each time. Loop 100, he starts to fall apart, starts crying the second he sees John, gets himself carted off to the infirmary babbling about John's death, misses a few of them entirely because they keep sedating him. He figured out how to stop the loop the third time around, but he hasn't figured out how to save John yet without sacrificing someone else (and he's ashamed that he's thought about it). Every few loops, Rodney won't even let them take John's body, just clings to it for the hour he's given until the loop restarts.

This will have a happy ending, but I'm gonna do my damndest to make us all real sad first.
