okay so starting NOW, every night I'm going to name one nice thing I did for myself and one thing I did that I'm proud of
so today I came back and took a nap instead of forcing myself to go for a run since I've been under the weather all week... :) and I'm proud that I actually understood what was happening in math class today for more than 30% of the time for once!
