When you wake up to this on one of your YouTube videos and you want to write something hilarious and snarky about it but you realize you’ve been blessed a long time. I have made it almost 27 yrs and never been called the N word, I’m the kid who bullies the bully and I’m pretty sure if you saw how I voted... I am white america?..... so I decided to take a minute and remember I’m black. Remember this happens to so many black people daily, to their faces. That unprivileged blacks get a lot worse than an internet troll on a YouTube video that has 65 subscribers and 60 views. In past America, I would have been killed for marrying my husband and it would have been painful and we would have been tortured. Our babies would have been stolen and sold. If I grew up now in some parts of the south or inner city, I could have grown up and never have gone to college, or lost my dad, brothers and husband to gang violence. I could feel hopeless, abused and lost. But I didn’t grow up that way: I am privileged, I am safe, I went to college and I married who I wanted without fear. My kids rock and are gorgeous and I am without a doubt blessed and...
