Yeah a lot of people think that, hes not immortal or anything though. As far as anyone is concerned, every single Dan death is final. but his only "lore" is that he's the unluckiest guy ever always in the wrong place at the wrong time so you are very right in that "fuck this guy in particular" is literally what happens
