Please tell us your favorite moments! :D
I’ll go with a few then that just really strike me emotionally and because of it’s epicness (in a random order):
- Well let’s just begin with the very beginning, I love the opening of The Fellowship of the Ring.The way Galadriel talks just captivates me. And she is one of my fav characters , her beauty and grace and story is awesome. And I just get shivers when Isildur cuts off the Ring from Sauron’s hand.
- Boromir's death. Yeah, it’s angsty af, but damn does my freaking heart get ripped to shreds watching him die. Just like in the end he sees Aragorn whom he calls his captian and King. How he knew deeply, in his heart, that Aragorn was the only one that could restore Gondor again to it’s Golden age. An age he would have loved to see for himself. He was honoured to die for his King. I just can’t fully explain it. The way Aragorn bids him farewell.... “Son of Gondor.”
- All the death count game moments between Gimli and Legolas x3 (also, count all of the battles as my fav moments)
- The moment Arwen sees a glimpse of her son in the woods on her way to the undying lands. Realising there is still hope left, and confronts her father about that possible future. And the moment he talks about the other side of that hope, how she wil deal with a future where Aragorn will die one day,and how grieve will tear her apart (it’s heartbreaking) But then also that moment she urges him to reforge the shard of Narsil, into the blade Andúril.
- The moment the Ring is cast into the fires of mount Doom. Causing every thing of Mordor to go to hell.
- Gimli’s talk about people thinking there are no female dwarves,and they just sprout from the ground. (all of Gimli’s scenes man imao)
- The memories Faramir has of Boromir. How they celebrated Boromir ‘s victory. (I just love that piece of brotherly love)
- Aragorn’s coronation scene. like this whole scene is... majestic af?
- Also, Sam finally asking Rosie Cotton to marry him.
Like, I just love every thing? There are may more moments man......
