Trip: Day Five

I COME DO YOU FROM GENEVA NEW YORK

well at the moment in a hotel but SOON ENOUGH IN A HOUSE story of what happened today

we drove past a town called ovid

and a town called romulus

somebody was a classics nut

we saw a lot of farms

and horses

and cows

and corn

a lot of corn

buckets of corn

so much corn

AND THEN WE GOT TO GENEVA its really nice here and just large enough!!

tim hortons lunch? tim hortons lunch.

checked into hotel and cats

VISITED THE HOUSE YAYYYY

were renting the one with the weird lease

turns out weird lease is new york law

and would be the same anywhere

/sideeyes my relatives :'|

and we met the lease agents and they are SUPER NICE and treated us to dinner i had calimari it was fucking perf and so yeah that happened we signed the lease everything is 100% (well I HOPE ANYWAY)

unpacked car into house and are now minus 95% of our moving junk

we spend the night here!!!

and the schedule from here is as follows:

thursday: unpack storage unit, move everything to house, maybe pick up a few basic things like some nice comfy chairs

friday: rob drives to see mat, we unpack

saturday: we drive rob to the airport and rest

sunday: rest

monday: MAINE HOWDYHO

this means in terms of internet access....well, i really dont know. if there is an unlocked wireless, we could be on all the time. if there isnt....well, we'll be on whiel were in maine and i cant promise how long that will be, and after that, only once we get it installed in the new place—otherwise well be leaching from tim hortons yeeeup. so yep.

I AM GOING TO COLLEGE AND ITS REALLY EXCITING?????? ALSO A HOUSE.
