So I’ve been watching Sea Him and it’s been great, sweet, quiet, different, I’m a sucker for anything with ocean views…but of course Tien has a girlfriend and now she has arrived, is cheating drama essentially the crux of the last few episodes? Cheating is one my least favorite forms of drama so I was wondering if I should bow out for the end, unless the girlfriend is resolved before the finale? Thanks! I’ve been slowly making my way through your v bl recommendations and I have really enjoyed them, but cheating is just difficult for me. Thanks!
I... feel like the ending conflict is his choice, so it's kind of cheating? But it's also her being a horrible human being.
... Honestly, V-BLs have a habit of doing weird endings so, you know, there's that.
It's definitely straddling a fine line on if they're cheating or what's going on with them and, yes, it's most of the end. I'd consider it more a faen fatale than a cheating line because she basically pulls a sabotage on the relationship in order to keep him when he's planning on leaving her.

But, no, the girlfriend gets resolved in the very last episode. So if that's a reason to bow out for you, understandably, do so!
