now, this is, I promise, the last post I'll make about this, but even when people accept that I have social anxiety, they still don't get that it is something genuinely debilitating that has cost me relationships and opportunities and not just a funny haha quirk

My sister was here during the open mic incident. I had to leave the class , I'm still feeling nauseous and my legs are still shaking. And she said "stop now, there's no need for all that". Well no shit! Yeah truly I wish minor embarrassments were something I could laugh it off and carry on, who would've thunk that "there was no need for all of that" phew, glad you informed me, I can just be normal now
