How long is Midground? In characters or pages?

hmm, i wish i could give you a specific answer..... the thing is, ive been writing midground since 2014, so it is scattered around on multiple devices, docs and a majority of part 1 is still on paper only. plus, theres a lot of alternate takes, shorts unrelated to the main story, aus and stuff like that. just looking at the midground folder on my phone, there are exactly 90 docs that ive created since late 2017 (like november, i think? im p sure it was around the time when i changed mary lou to mercy, too.....) so its really.... hm, hard to specify.

tho i can tell you that just the 4th part counts around 150 pages in word, iirc! it is in a couple of separate documents as well, but i remember putting it all together one time to check total no. of pages and i havent written THAT much in it since (its going slow, i know...........). 1st and 2nd parts are definitely much shorter. but like, if i had to really roughly estimate 4 main parts only, it would be probably something like, up to 600 pages.......... i think..............
