Draculaura’s Sweet Screams Diary
Rosabella Beauty - The Rose of Spring
Spring is the season of renewal. So it's fitting that it's my job to guard the royally important Rose of Spring. My future fairytale, Beauty & The Beast, is also about renewal. The prince in the story is cursed into a beast. You could say that the prince's true form hibernates inside of the beast. That is until the love of a heroic girl melts his heart and breaks the curse. The prince returns better than before.

Abbey and Heath’s Home Ick Project Report
Baked Himalaya Recipe is a little muss and a little fuss, but is worth time and effort. Reminding Heath Burns to focus was largest part of task. We practiсed at home before we were having to make in class.
Baked Himalaya #1
The recipe calls for seven eggs. We were down to four after I dropped the three I was juggling. Doesn't really work with four. — FAIL
Baked Himalaya #2
Heath pronounces butter and milk of yak nasty. I use anyhow. Try out finished recipe on Headmistress Bloodgood who pronounces it nasty. FAIL...a tasty fail. Mmmmm just like grandmother yeti makes at home.
Baked Himalaya #3
Abbey thinks I should brown the meringue myself when we present it to Ms. Kindergrubber. Good thing we practiced, cause I sneezed when I tried this at home and turned it into torched Himalaya. FAIL
Baked Himalaya #4
Perfection! Heath was focused. Was nice presentation—whole class made with oohing and awing. Neither too much nor too little heat, and meringue was perfectly brown. Ms. Kindergrubber impressed by effort. A+.
Viperine’s Hauntlywood Diary - October 7th 2pm
I made it onto the set by the scales of my teeth and quickly began to set up for Veronica's arrival. I finished and was sitting in Veronica's chair, texting with Deuce on my iCoffin (he was asking if I had picked up a casketball jersey from the Barcelgroana casketball team he had asked for) when Veronica came in and gave me quite the fright! I laughed and gave her a quick bite... um, hug... and we got to work on her make-up for the next scene. After we got all the details of my trip out of the way (Veronica loved the mini souvenir replica of La Feardrera!) I asked her to give me all the latest on the vampire queen. Veronica got that "look", which makes you feel like you need to curtsey and reduce your conversation to "ma'am", and said, "I can't be concerned with the vampire queen right now; there is too much going on with the film." This was a sudden change from her concern I had picked up on while I was in Barcelgroana. Muy confuso!
I went back to the stories the old monsters had been telling about the vampire queen and knew my BFF was holding back on me. But why?
"Are you sure, ghoulfriend?" I asked as I carefully applied Veronica's frightliner. "Positive," she firmly replied before a production goblin reminded us we had just a few minutes before the next scene. Veronica rose out of her chair and gave me another hug (no bites this time!), and said she was glad to have me back. I quickly checked her fangs for lipstick and smiled, "Good to be home too, ghoulfriend!"
I watched her walk on to set and shook my vipers. Between the stories at the old monsters' home and Veronica's sudden disinterest in the vampire queen, I'm starting to believe things on this film set are getting more interesting than the actual film itself!
Abbey’s Art Class Notebook
ART CLASS I
Class Description: A studio art course with the goal of introducing students to boo techniques and mediums in creative expression, especially emphasizing claws on learning. Students will be required to submit a final project for exhibition at the annual Monster High Art Festival.
Many classmates are being surprised that I am taking this class. On mountain yeti record family history on walls of family cave. Cave wall does not fit on easel though...hmm...maybe I choose different medium.
Have found inspiration for new medium! Will sculpt ice for project. Perhaps I will sculpt giant ice dragon attacking herd of yak stampeding through avalanche in blizzard. Should only need 50 tons of ice blocks to bring vision to unlife.
Teacher is saying idea is being overly ambitious and maybe I should sculpt portrait of classmate. I am asking Heath Burns - am also asking for trouble.
Received ice carving tool from parents but teacher is wanting that I should sculpt ice with chisel and hammer. Is slow and painful...have already hit thumb several times.
Heath is not sitting still until Deuce is helping make him steady as rock. Much better now except is another day of tap, tap, OUCH!
Teacher says is not safe for me to be using hammer and chisel anymore. Is giving permission to use sculpting tool parents have sent. Finally a tool I am comfortable and safe to use - my favorite chainsaw!
