When life gives you lemons, turn it into spiked lemonade. Our dream bucket-list vacation to French Polynesia including Bora Bora WAS only 30 days away ... until they just closed their borders 😢 Because the World is doing so horrible with Covid, (and theirs is pretty much gone), they don't want us in, and I don't blame them. So now we're just looking at the positives ... September is the BEST time to visit, it gives me more time to hit my goal weight, and now we'll get to add a couple other islands and days. Will be about $2K more to go this time of year, but gonna suck it up. There's no way we're not going. Today was a meal-prep extravaganza! The oven and my beloved @instantpotofficial was on full-time duty for at least three hours. But now I think I need a 3rd freezer 😉.
