While Hakuno doesn’t show it, she gets easily annoyed at Ritsuka’s attitude about being undeserving to be a Master or to be alive at times. It isn’t like Hakuno doesn’t understand, she knows that feeling more than anybody else in the world. Weak and worthless, nothing but a name on her shoulders but she fought and fought with a Sword ( Servant ) by her side. 

So whenever Ritsuka is in a rut, Hakuno is the first person to shape them up, even if it means she has to be rough, something that’s completely out of her nature but it simply couldn’t be helped. After all, this is all of Hakuno’s pent-up frustrations she had for Ritsuka coming to light. After all, Hakuno Kishinami is envious of Ritsuka Fujimaru for many things; a human life and the natural skills to becoming an excellent Master. 

All Hakuno wishes for was to live and while she knows that she acts more human due to her own selfish nature, she knows deep down in her core that there is something unchangeable. Hakuno Kishinami has never been human, even back on the Moon, she was simply made of data and now in Chaldea, her existence is akin to that of a Servant. It pains her but Hakuno accepts this fact, which is why she is hard on Ritsuka at times. 

Hakuno acknowledges that Ritsuka is the same as her, not somebody with no worth, but Rituska can do something that Hakuno could never accomplish and that is saving the people around them. Ritsuka can save for humanity’s survival, Hakuno was forced to kill in order to survive. 

Hakuno also believes that with Lostbelt and fighting against Team A Master is a good experience for Ritsuka, a real Master Battle. While Ritsuka has the resolve to save humanity, do they really have the resolve to face against somebody that desires to crush their wish? To Hakuno, that is something very important for a human to have, to stand firm in their belief and continue onward despite the cause.
