I am legit so happy you bring NXT up like this on occasion because I always think I’m the only one who misses it like INSANELY. Also whenever I’m sad I just watch old s5 episodes. Brilliant stuff.
Oh yeah, you're definitely not the only one who misses it. </3 Maxine was so great there, ironically thriving on a show she was desperate to get out of. Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks did great there too, in my opinion. Probably the only time they displayed some real charisma, especially playing the roles of resident troublemakers. Kidd and McGillicutty always had some great matches, together and individually--and never ever forget that triple threat match between Kidd, McGillicutty, and Bateman. Sick stuff.
