New London has a really cute downtown. There is a lot of different places to eat and cute shops. There are some art shops, music shops and coffee shops. The water front looks really cute, I want to go back this summer to go walk on the path they have by the water. It was way too cold for that this past weekend!
Hot or Cold Lobster rolls? That is the question 😉
I prefer hot lobster rolls, which means butter is added to the lobster not mayo.
This restaurant let’s you choose btwn the two. The hot lobster roll comes with just lobster and a side of butter to add to the roll. The lobster was delicious. The meat itself was fresh and delicious. The herbs on the lobster paired really well with the meat. The roll itself was a great size and it was a filling dish. The hot butter really helps the lobster melt into your mouth! I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was great, and the atmosphere was really cute inside. I can’t wait to go back and try more lobster dishes 🦞
Based on presentation and taste of the lobster roll I would rate this roll a 8 out of 10.
