Amaral’s Fish and Chips, Warren Rhode Island.

When I moved to Bristol RI 8 years ago I was told how great @amaralsfishandchips was. It took me 8 years to finally try this restaurant! I am so mad at myself for not try this local favorite sooner. These are the best fish and chips I have ever had! The restaurant itself is small and gets busy, so I would suggest take out. But they do have tables to sit at and enjoy their fresh seafood!

The fish and chips are lightly battered and the fish is fresh. I like how they offer a small and large platter. The small platter has 2 pieces of fish and the large platter has 3 pieces of fish. The stuffed quahog was also delicious. I would recommend @amaralsfishandchips to anyone who loves fresh seafood.

Based on the fish and chip dish I would rate this platter a 10 out of 10.

The Cafe, Westerly Rhode Island.

Westerly RI will always have a special place in my heart. As a kid we always went to Watch Hill in the summer for beautiful beaches and little coastal shops. As I got older we still went to the beaches and then Ocean House for special lunches or dinners or occasions @oceanhouseri 🌊 We also always liked the restaurants in downtown Westerly! For a small coastal town they really do have alot of delicious places to eat. One of these places is @thecaferi 🥘

The dish I ordered at The Cafe was a special dish with pasta and seafood! I always try to get specials at restaurants because they may never have that dish again. This dish had fresh seafood, delicious pasta and the most important thing (in my option) delicious sauce! I would expect fresh seafood in Westerly and this restaurant did not disappoint.

I would recommend this cozy restaurant to anyone who is looking for delicious food and drinks in a warm and intimate setting!

Cava Restaurant, Southington CT.

Maine Lobster Ravioli- fresh picked Maine lobster meat, ricotta cheese, cognac lobster cream sauce.

We went to Cava for the Hocus Pocus themed bar! One of my favorite movies is Hocus Pocus and when I saw they had a themed bar I knew I had to check it out. The reviews of the food were not great, so I was not expecting much. But, I can say the lobster raviolis were not bad.

The lobster meat in the raviolis was fresh and the lobster cream sauce had a great lobster flavor. I wish there was more meat in the raviolis. I would have liked the raviolis to have more flavoring or seasoning on them. I did think the price was high for the quantity and quality of raviolis.

Based on the presentation and taste of the lobster raviolis I would rate this dish a 6 out of 10.

Arundel Wharf, Kennebunkport, Maine.

Stuffed Haddock with crab stuffing and lobster sauce.

Sesame Tuna Sashimi- Ahi Tuna sliced with Asian Noddles and wasabi crema.

There is nothing like Maine in the summer! I have always loved going to Maine every summer and enjoyed going to the beaches, shopping around the small towns and eating at seafood restaurants!

Kennebunkport is such a cute New England coastal town. There are so many cute shops, beaches and delicious places to eat!

@arundelwharf is one of those delicious places to eat! And it is right in the harbor so you get to eat on the water and watch all the boats go by!

Our food was delicious and I loved everything we had. I ordered the stuffed haddock and tuna sashimi. The ahi tuna was delicious and I loved the little spice the wasabi crema gave to the dish!

The stuffed haddock was delicious as well. The fish was nice and fresh and you could cut into with just a fork. It was flakey and melted in your mouth. I loved the taste of the crab stuffing and the lobster sauce on top. You could taste the lobster really well and it blended perfectly into the haddock.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in the Kennebunkport area and wants delicious seafood with a view!!

Based on presentation and taste I would rate the @arundelwharf stuffed haddock a 9 out of 10.

My favorite restaurant on @celebritycruises was Murano 🦞 It is a French style restaurant.

My favorite dish was the Murano Lobster- Cognac Flambéed cold water lobster tail, fresh basil, applewood smoked bacon and Dijon cream.

Our waiter even flambéed the lobster table side (please see the video) 👨‍🍳

For appetizers I ordered the Diver Scallops Wellington Style and the Maine Lobster Bisque. For dessert I ordered the Flambeed Strawberry Crepe 🍓

The food on our cruise was incredible but this lobster dish was one of the best lobster dishes I have ever had 🦞

I would recommend this restaurant and this dish to anyone going on a future @celebritycruises 😉

CoraCora, West Hartford CT.

ARROZ NORTENO: Northern Peruvian-style cilantro rice. Mixed seafood, rice, green peas, red bell peppers, choclo; seasoned with a cilantro and Aji Amarillo base, topped with red onion salad.

CHAUFA Peruvian-style fried rice mixed with scallions, red bell peppers, chopped egg; all sauteed in wok with soy sauce and black tiger shrimp.

CoraCora is an authentic Peruvian restaurant. I have been wanted to try this restaurant for a few years now because my brother and sister in law rave about it. So for my Birthday dinner they took me there!!

They have happy hour, so we had to have some drinks and appetizers! For apps we got the Empanadas, Yuca Rellena, Rumba Chalaca and Tequenos which were delicious!

I ordered the ARROZ NORTENO Paella and it was delicious. This was one of the best Paellas I have ever had. The seafood was fresh, I loved the cilantro rice and the veggies added a freshness to the dish. I loved every bite!

We did get dessert, and I love churros so I was very pleased with this sweet treat. And they surprised me with a chocolate cake for my birthday!! They made me feel very special! 🥳

I would recommend @coracoract to anyone in the West Hartford area. The food was delicious, the services was great and you can tell the chefs put a lot of love into their food!!

Based on presentation and taste of all the food at @coracoract I would rate my dish and all the food I tried a 10 out of 10. 🥳

99 Restaurant and Pub, South Easton MA.

COLOSSAL LOBSTER ROLL 🦞

The @99restaurants is a Classic New England-style pub! It is a staple in NE and I have always loved going here. They have great food, I usually get the Gold Fever boneless wings (the sauce is incredible.) For a while people have told me about the Lobster Rolls but I never believed they were could be good. I figured what does a NE chain restaurant know about a delicious lobster roll, well I was wrong! I see you now 99 Restaurant 😉

They offer two lobster rolls, the Hot Buttered Colossal Roll and the New England style Colossal Roll. I usually prefer the hot buttered rolls but I decided to try the classic lobster roll. I was surprised at how much meat was on the roll, also the meat was fresh. The bun was toasted to perfection and I loved the crunch of the bun when I took a bite. The #mayoratio was a good amount too. The mayo was not overpowering and you could still taste the lobster. I can honestly say this lobster roll was better than some seafood restaurants I have had! 🦞

This is a perfect example of don’t judge a lobster roll by where it is from 😂

Based on presentation and taste of the @99restaurants lobster roll I would rate this roll a 7.5 out of 10.

Vita Bella Ristorante, Essex MA.

LOBSTER BENEDICT- English Muffin, Poached Egg, Hollandaise Sauce, Home Fries, Lobster Meat.

We went to Vita Bella Ristorante for brunch when we were in Rockport and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. It was very cozy and the staff was friendly!

The lobster benedict was not as good as I expected it to be, being a restaurant on the North Shore. I did not think the lobster meat was as fresh as it could have been. But I really enjoyed the hollandaise sauce and the egg with the English muffin. I also thought the price of the dish was too expensive for the amount of food you got. I would like to go back there and try their dinner menu.

Based on the presentation and taste of the @vita_bella_ristorante lobster Benedict I would rate this dish a 6 out of 10.

The Charles, Wethersfield CT.

Boston Cod: white wine-butter poached, miso-ginger dashi broth, baby bok choy, seacoast farm mushrooms, green papaya salad.

I love going to Old Wethersfield CT. It is such a cute little downtown with little shops, ice cream shops, wine shops, country stores and delicious restaurants. One of those restaurants is @thecharlesct 😉

We sat outside because it was a beautiful night and it was fun being downtown! We got some apps to share and ended with an Espresso Martini! The apps we got were the Homemade Ricotta, Scotch Egg and Deviled Eggs!

The Boston Cod was delicious, I could eat this dish all the time! Warning, it was spicier than I thought it was going to be so if you are going to get this dish I hope you like some spice! I loved how it was served with bok choy. The Cod was so delicious it just melted in my mouth, could cut it with a fork. I loved the taste of ginger in the broth, I could drink the broth it was so good. Everyone loved their dinner and we had such a great experience. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes, their lunch menu looks delicious too!

Based on presentation and taste of the @thecharlesct Boston Cod I would rate this dish a 10 out of 10.

Cousins Maine Lobster Rolls 🦞

I love @cousinsmainelobster 😉 On Memorial Day weekend I had my Maine lobster roll at @raggedisland 🍺

They offer two different types of rolls, the Maine lobster roll and the Connecticut lobster roll. I usually get the CT roll but I decided to switch it up and get the classic Maine roll. It is served chilled, touch of mayo on a new england style roll. It was delicious and the #mayoratio was perfect. They add a little mayo at the bottom of the roll so you can really taste the lobster. The lobster is fresh and the has a little crunch.

Beers and Lobster Rolls are the perfect way to start the summer 🦞

Mix Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, Mystic CT.

Chilled Oyster presentation- champagne foam and lemon Granita.

@mix_at_sift in Mystic CT is a beautiful dining experience. It is above @sift_bake_shop on a rooftop overlooking the river. I loved the decor and fireplace seating they offered. We went there for Happy Hour and enjoyed our mimosa tower! We also got the cheese and charcuterie, seacoast mushroom tart and hazelnut crusted goat cheese fritters. My favorite thing we ordered was the oysters!

I have never had oysters with a champagne foam and lemon granita before, and honestly I never want to eat oysters any other way 😉 The champagne foam was light and gave the oysters a sweet, bubbly taste and then the lemon was a perfect amount of citrus. It was a perfect combination with the oyster.

Based on presentation and taste of the food at @mix_at_sift I would rate these dishes a 9 out of 10.

The Old Grist Mill Tavern, Seekonk MA.

This tavern has great history and is a relic of Pre-Revolutionary New England, which was built in 1745. The power by the dam and the old water wheel was used to grind the grain raised by nearby colonial farmers. Today, the Old Grist Mill is a traditional New England tavern. This tavern is known for great food, everything from steaks to some of the freshest seafood dishes in all of New England. They are known for their Crab Cakes and the Baked Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp. I ordered the lobster roll, Connecticut style, with butter. The entrees also come with a great salad bar that I filled up on!

The lobster roll I had was very good. I thought the amount of meat on the roll was a good amount too. The bun was cooked perfectly, giving it a great crunch. I do wish there was more butter on the lobster roll. I did hear they have a Lobster Festival in the summer so I am hoping I will be able to go to that 🦞

The more lobster the better 😉

1754 House, Woodbury CT.

Sweet Potato Crusted Cod- baby potatoes, upper grassy greens and lemon butter sauce.

1754 House is a beautiful Inn, Restaurant and Tavern. It is a historical inn and resort that hosts many events, including weddings and dinners. I loved the rustic charm of the dining room and the fire place made the room feel cozy. All of the wait staff, from the bartender to our waiter to other waiters were so nice and friendly! We had my baby niece with us so obviously every stops to look at the baby and see how cute she is 💕

We did order a few appetizers including, Fired Roasted Shishito Peppers, Roasted Brussel Sprouts and my favorite of the night Cauliflower Gratin! All the appetizers were incredible. So delicious and they were enough for 6 people to share.

For dinner I ordered the Sweet Potato Cod and wow that cod was cooked to perfection! The cod had a delicious lemon flavor and it just melted in your mouth. The potatoes with the cod gave it some nice flavor and texture. I loved the greens on the cod as well for some extra crunch. The lemon butter sauce was perfect because it did not over take the taste of the cod, but elevated the flavors.

Based on the presentation and taste of the Sweet Potato Crusted Cod I would rate this dish a 9 out of 10.

Brick Pizza Co. Bristol, RI.

Shrimp Scampi Linguine- Pan seared shrimp, garlic, Aleppo chile, olive oil, shallots, pecorino Romano, baby spinach and linguine.

Bristol RI has some amazing restaurants and I always find it hard to pick a place to eat when I go there. A week ago I went to @brickpizzaco for a Thanksgiving centerpiece event and of course I had to get dinner before hand!

Brick is known for their pizza, which is delicious. I enjoy their pasta dishes as well. The Shrimp scampi is really good at Brick. They give you six pieces of big shrimp, which I think is a good amount for a restaurant. I really enjoyed the baby spinach in the dish as well. I love spinach so when it is added to added to any dish I appreciate it. This whole dish was delicious, and I really enjoyed the garlic sauce on the pasta and shrimp. I wish there was a little lemon in the dish, but that can always be added.

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Bristol area. I would also recommend on attending an event at Brick because they host fun events and night outs!

All In Poke, Worcester Public Market, Worcester MA.

Spicy Tuna Poke- Spicy Tuna, Rice, pineapple, avocado, picked jalapeño, cucumber, seaweed salad, spicy honey soy, spicy Mayo and sesame seeds.

The Worcester Public Market is a multi-vendor, food-oriented marketplace. The Wachusett Brew Yard is at the market too. This market place is a great place with so much amazing food and crafts and vendors! I ate there two days in a row and I loved every minute of it! I can’t wait to go back and try more!

One of my favorite food vendors was @allinpokewoo 💕

My poke bowl was delicious and had so much food and flavors! I love poke bowls, I even try to make them myself, but I think this was my favorite poke bowl! I also got to talk to the owner and he had an incredible story and it make me really appreciate all of his hard work at making his food delicious! The spicy tuna was nice and fresh and the pineapple with it reminded me of summer!

The seaweed salad was some of the best seaweed salad I have ever had. I ended up eating that separate and didn’t eat it with the other veggies and tuna in the bowl.

If you are in the Worcester Area I would recommend eating at @woopublicmarket 😉

Kimball Farm, Jaffrey NH.

Kimball Farm has locations in MA and NH. The one in Westford MA has food, ice cream, mini golf, bumper boats, bumper cars, batting cages, zip lining and a lot more. Every location is different. I went to the one in Jaffrey NH with my cousins! The one in Jaffrey has delicious food, wonderful homemade ice cream and a country store!

They offer two size lobster rolls. The regular and the junior. I got the regular lobster roll. I was complete surprised at how good the roll was. The lobster meat was fresh, they gave you a good amount of lobster and there was not much mayo on it. The bun was toasted perfectly for that nice crunch! I love how it came with fries and the watermelon! I thought it was a bit pricey for a lobster roll at a Farm stand, it was $32.95. But, I understand the price of lobster and food is increasing and it was a delicious roll. I didn’t feel disappointed on paying for something as delicious as that. My cousins got the fried seafood platter and that was delicious too. The seafood was fried but you could still taste the delicious fish.

To end the day we had homemade pumpkin ice cream, which was a die for! If you don’t like seafood but are in the area of a Kimball Farm I recommend stopping for food, ice cream or just fun activities!

Mesa 21, Fall River MA.

New Bedford Seared Scallops- Maple glazed scallops with mushroom and asparagus risotto with bacon.

Fall River is known for their Portuguese restaurants. They have a big Portuguese population, and with that comes delicious food! I have been wanting to try Mesa 21 for a while now and I was so happy with my meal.

The scallops were perfectly seared. The risotto was my favorite part of the meal! There are so many delicious flavors in this dish. The mushroom and asparagus with the bacon, you can taste all the flavors. I would recommend this dish to anyone who likes scallops. The other food there looked really good too. I would go back to try more dishes!
