This week, weeklygirlgroups is featuring IZ*ONE! Formed through the competition reality show Produce 48, IZ*ONE has 12 members and is co-managed by Off The Record Entertainment and AKS. Since their debut in 2018, IZ*ONE has released one single and an EP. Keep reading for an introduction to the members and a list of all of IZ*ONE’s official music videos!
Kim Chae Won // Chaewon
The lead vocalist of IZ*ONE, Chaewon represents the color mint. She ranked 10th in the final of Produce 48.
Lee Chae Yeon // Chaeyeon
Chaeyeon is the main dancer, lead vocalist, and lead rapper of IZ*ONE. Her official color is blue mint and she ranked 12th in Produce 48. Before she debuted with IZ*ONE, she competed on SIXTEEN where she was the first contestant eliminated.
Kwon Eun Bi // Eunbi
The leader of IZ*ONE, Eunbi is also the main dancer and lead vocalist of the group. She ranked 7th in the final episode of Produce 48 and represents the color purple.
Honda Hitomi // Hitomi
The lead dancer of IZ*ONE, Hitomi is also a vocalist, rapper, and her official color is peach. Additionally, she has been a member of AKB48 since 2014 and ranked 9th overall in Produce 48. [Instagram] [Twitter]
Kang Hye Won // Hyewon
The visual of IZ*ONE, Hyewon is also the lead rapper, a vocalist, and represents the color coral. She ranked 8th in the final episode of Produce 48.
Kim Min Joo // Minju
The visual of IZ*ONE, Minju is a rapper and vocalist. She ranked 11th in Produce 48 and represents the color white. [Instagram]
Yabuki Nako // Nako
Nako is a vocalist of IZ*ONE and ranked 6th in the final episode of Produce 48. Her official color is sky blue. In 2013, she debuted a member of HKT48. [Instagram] [Twitter]
Miyawaki Sakura // Sakura
The visual of IZ*ONE, Sakura is also a vocalist and her official color is pastel pink. She ranked 2nd overall in Produce 48 and has been a member of HTK48 since 2011. [Instagram] [Twitter]
Jang Won Young // Wonyoung
The youngest member of IZ*ONE, Wonyoung is the center of the group as well as the lead dancer and a vocalist. She also represents the color pink and was the top-ranked finalist on the final episode of Produce 48.
Choi Ye Na // Yena
Yena is the main rapper, lead vocalist, and lead dancer of IZ*ONE. Her official color is yellow and she ranked 4th overall in Produce 48.
Ahn Yu Jin // Yujin
Yujin is the lead vocalist and lead dancer of IZ*ONE. In the group, she represents the color blue. Yujin ranked 5th in the final episode of Produce 48. [Instagram]
Jo Yu Ri // Yuri
The main vocalist of IZ*ONE, Yuri ranked 3rd overall on Produce 48 and represents the color orange. Before she appeared on Produce 48, Yuri competed on Idol School but did not debut.
