Ephesians 6 is a chapter in the New Testament book of Ephesians, in which the Apostle Paul writes about the spiritual armor that believers in Yeshua should put on to stand firm against the devil's schemes. The chapter begins with a call for believers to put on the whole armor of YHWH, including the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the readiness given by the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the RUACH, which is the word of YHWH. In this chapter, Paul is calling on the believers in Ephesus, and all believers in Yeshua to answer the call of His majesty by putting on the full armor of YHWH so that they may be able to withstand the devil's schemes. He is reminding them that their struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, and that they need to be equipped for this spiritual warfare. In addition, Paul is emphasizing that the source of their strength and victory is from YHWH, and not from their own abilities or efforts. He is encouraging them to put their trust in YHWH and His power, and to rely on Him for the strength and protection they need to stand firm in their faith. Therefore, Ephesians 6 is a call to believers to be spiritually equipped and be ready to face the spiritual battles that come their way, and to rely on YHWH's strength and protection to overcome them.
