Hey! Thank you for taking the time to read and answer this question! So, in chapter 31.5 Kaneki's eyepatch mask was one of the presents that Sasaki receives, and the note says "Merry Christmas, from Hysy". I was wondering who this person was, I'm terribly confused right now. Mind helping me figure out who this "Hysy" person is? Greatly appreciated! -Isabel

well “Hysy” is the mask studio owned by uta. it is very likely he or one of the clowns under his supervision sent the mask. likely to see if he would emit some kind of response and now haise knows from his former self that it’s an eyepatch mask. he might put two and two together and figure out it was once worn by the ghoul formerly known as “eyepatch”. uta is most likely just messing with him though.
