No filter needed for this orange Easter cactus. 🧡 Yes, it is a true cactus 🌵, but a Brazilian 🇧🇷rainforest epiphytic cactus growing in trees in the jungle, so they need more water and humidity than a regular desert cactus. Formerly Hatoria gaertnerii, and also Rhipsalidopsis gaertnerii, and apparently it is now Schlumbergera gaertnerii, though on theplantlist.org it states Rhipsalidopsis and Schlumbergera are both acceptable.
